Dentro de los tres (3) días siguientes al de la sanción, el alcalde local enviará copia del acuerdo al alcalde distrital para su revisión jurídica. Esta revisión no suspende los efectos del acuerdo local. Si el alcalde distrital encontrara que el acuerdo es ilegal, lo enviará al tribunal administrativo competente para su decisión, el cual decidirá aplicando en lo pertinente, el trámite previsto para las objeciones.
