Declárese al Inspector de Censo de La Goajira excluido de los dispuesto en el artículo 1.° del Decreto ejecutivo número 420 de 9 de abril de este año. En consecuencia dicho empleado seguirá ejerciendo sus funciones hasta el 30 de junio próximo. Créase el puesto de ayudante del Inspector de Censo de La Goajira con un sueldo mensual de $30, y facúltase al Comisario Especial para nombrarlo, de acuerdo con el Inspector. Las funciones del Ayudante durarán el mismo tiempo que las de Inspector
