Créase el Consejo Asesor de Cuidado como instancia asesora del Sistema Nacional de Cuidado coordinada por el Ministerio de Igualdad y Equidad o quien haga sus veces, que propenderá por garantizar el reconocimiento de los saberes y conocimientos populares y comunitarios alrededor del cuidado en la formulación e implementación del Sistema.
