Art. 46. Quedan derogadas la Ley 92 de 1888 , en lo que se refiere a subvención de colegios privados, y todas las disposiciones legales sobre Instrucción Pública que no armonicen con la presente Ley, la cual empezará a regir el 1º de Enero de 1904.
