Será castigado con prisión de tres días a dos meses todo el que ejerza o intente ejercer sin título funciones públicas de cualquier clase, y el funcionario que después de haber sido notificado de una medida en virtud de la cual cese o quede suspendido en el ejercicio de sus funciones, continúe desempeñándolas.
