Art. 1.° Los militares que sean destinados á ocupar puesto en el Ejército fuera de la capital, una vez que hayan percibido los auxilios de marcha tendrán por término fijo para presentarse en el lugar á donde hayan sido nombrados, ocho días á más tardar, y el de la distancia; pasado este término será declarado insubsistente el nombramiento, salvo excusa legal comprobada ante el Ministerio de Guerra ó el Estado Mayor general.
