Todo Oficial en servicio activo pagara mensualmente una prima igual al tres por ciento de su sueldo, prima que será descontada por la Tesorería General al efectuar los pagos a los respectivos Contadores.

Parágrafo

A partir del 1o. de enero del año de 1927, gozaran los Oficiales de un aumento del tres por ciento sobre los sueldos actuales.
