Con base en la evidencia presentada sobre la idoneidad del sistema de resistencia sísmica y del alcance propuesto para su utilización, la "Comisión Asesora Permanente para el Régimen de Construcciones Sismo Resistentes", emitirá un concepto sobre el uso de materiales, métodos y sistemas comprendidos en esta ley y sus reglamentos.
