El inciso primero del artículo 79 del Decreto 2620 de 2000, quedará así: "Aplicación regional de los subsidios. Los subsidios de vivienda asignados individualmente podrán aplicarse en cualquier municipio del departamento respectivo donde se efectuó la postulación. Los asignados con base en postulaciones colectivas sólo podrán aplicarlo a soluciones de vivienda localizadas en el municipio donde se realiza la postulación."
