Comité de Incentivos : El Procurador General conformará un comité para la gestión de los planes de incentivos, el cual estará integrado por él mismo o su delegado, el Secretario General, el jefe de la Oficina de Planeación y Sistemas, el representante de los empleados en la Comisión de Personal y uno de los representantes de los empleados inscritos en carrera de la Comisión de Carrera.

Parágrafo

El Procurador General podrá conformar comités de incentivos en las Procuradurías Regionales, atendiendo el volumen de la respectiva planta de personal.
