Reubicación. El Ministerio de Comunicaciones reubicará en otras bandas de frecuencia a los concesionarios o licenciatarios de otros servicios de telecomunicaciones u operadores que utilicen sistemas diferentes a los reglamentados por este decreto, dentro del término de un (1) año a partir de la vigencia del mismo.
