º Las listas de que trata el artículo 3º de la Ley 31 de 1984, deberán presentarse en la Secretaría General del Ministerio de Trabajo y Seguridad Social durante el mes de marzo del año en que deba elegirse nuevo Consejo Directivo en la respectiva Caja según lo establezcan los estatutos. Si las centrales obreras con personería jurídica no dieren cumplimiento a lo anterior, el Ministerio hará las designaciones que fueren procedentes, escogiendo los representantes de los trabajadores de entre los beneficiarios de cada caja de compensación.
