El Municipio de Guadalupe aportará el lote para el establecimiento de que trata la presente Ley, y para dicho efecto auxiliase con la cantidad de cincuenta mil pesos ($ 50.000.00), que el Gobierno pagará al Tesorero Municipal, previo el lleno de las formalidades de rigor, tendientes a garantizar el buen manejo e inversión de esta partida.
