Si la cantidad de dinero a que se refiere el artículo anterior no figurare en la Caja de la Aduana, en calidad de depósito, y fuere imposible devolverla sin la aprobación respectiva, el Ministerio de Hacienda procederá a imputarla, para los efectos de la devolución inmediata, al artículo 254 del capítulo 28 del presupuesto de la vigencia en curso.
