° La suma necesaria para atender en el presente año al pago de los sueldos señalados en los dos artículos anteriores se considera incluida en el Presupuesto de gastos de la actual vigencia económica. En consecuencia, el Ministerio del tesoro procederá a hacer la liquidación de ellos desde el 7 de agosto último, fecha en que empezó a regir la Ley 25 de 1913 hasta el 31 de diciembre próximo, y a fijar imputación que debe dárseles en el mismo Presupuesto.
