Artículo único . Las licencias para el funcionamiento de líneas telefónicas de servicio privado y las prórrogas o renovaciones de tales licencias se concederán, en cada caso, por períodos de un año, quedan así modificados los artículos 15 y 16, del Decreto número 695 de 17 de abril de 1928.
