Aplicación del subsidio . En caso de que el proyecto señalado por el beneficiario del subsidio, al tenor de lo dispuesto en el artículo 6º del presente decreto, no se ejecute o no existan unidades disponibles, este podrá aplicar el subsidio familiar de vivienda en un proyecto diferente, siempre que el valor de la vivienda se encuentre dentro del mismo rango del tipo o en uno inferior.
