En cada regional habrá un Director, de libre nombramiento y remoción de la Junta Directiva quien asistirá a las reuniones de la Junta Administradora Regional, con voz pero sin voto. Las atribuciones del Director Regional se asignarán mediante reglamentación interna del Instituto.
