Adiciónese un parágrafo al artículo 15 de la Ley 270 de 1996 , el cual quedará así:

Parágrafo 2

Sin perjuicio de lo dispuesto en este artículo, la Sala Laboral de la Corte Suprema de Justicia tendrá Magistrados de descongestión en forma transitoria y por un período que no podrá superar el término de ocho (8) años, contados a partir de la fecha de posesión.
