Deberán reintegrarse al país las utilidades, intereses, comisiones y regalías que produzcan las inversiones de capital colombiano en el Exterior, salvo que su reinversión sea autorizada por el Departamento Administrativo de Planeación. También deberán reintegrarse al país divisas correspondientes al reembolso de dichos capitales. Las divisas en referencia se negociarán en el mercado de capitales.
