De La Inspección A Vehículos Terrestres Procedentes De Áreas En Cuarentena

De la inspección a vehículos terrestres procedentes de áreas en cuarentena . En los vehículos terrestres de tráfico internacional procedentes de zonas en cuarentena, deberán informar sobre tal hecho a las autoridades sanitarias del primer puerto fronterizo,. quienes actuarán conforme a lo dispuesto en el Título V del Reglamento Sanitario Internacional y demás disposiciones legales pertinentes.

Parágrafo

Los vehículos terrestres nacionales provenientes de zonas en cuarentena, deberán someterse a las disposiciones de la Ley 09 de 1979, sus Decretos reglamentarios y demás normas sobre la materia.
