Establecer Los Desdoblamientos Para Las Siguientes Subpartidas Arancelarias, Las Cuales Quedarán Con El Código Y Descripción Que Se Indica A Continuación: Subpartida Descripción 7209

Establecer los desdoblamientos para las siguientes subpartidas arancelarias, las cuales quedarán con el código y descripción que se indica a continuación: Subpartida DESCRIPCIÓN 7209.16.00.00 - - De espesor superior a 1 mm pero inferior a 3 mm. 7209.17.00 - - De espesor superior o igual a 0,5 mm pero inferior o igual a 1 mm. - - - Láminas producidas según normas: ASTMA A 424 o UNE-EN 10209 o NBR 7209.17.00.30 6651 o DIN 1623 T3 o JIS G 3133, de espesor inferior o igual a 0,75 mm. 7209.17.00.90 - - - Los demás. 7209.26.00.00 - - De espesor superior a 1 mm pero inferior a 3 mm. 7209.27.00 - - De espesor superior o igual a 0,5 mm pero inferior o igual a 1 mm. - - - Láminas producidas según normas: ASTMA A 424 o UNE-EN 10209 o NBR 6651 o DIN 1623 T3 o JIS G 3133, de espesor inferior o igual a 0,75 mm. 7209.27.00.30 7209.27.00.90 - - - Los demás.

Parágrafo

De acuerdo con la estructura arancelaria descrita en el presente artículo, se restablece el arancel del cinco por ciento (5%) para las subpartidas arancelarias 7209.16.00.00 y 7209.26.00.00. Para la subpartida arancelaria 7209.17.00.90 se mantendrá el gravamen arancelario del cinco por ciento (5%).
