°. Sesiones. El Consejo Técnico de la Contaduría Pública sesionará de forma ordinaria cuatro (4) veces al mes y de forma extraordinaria a solicitud de uno de sus miembros. Las sesiones del Consejo serán presididas por el Presidente y a falta de este por la persona a quien en la sesión respectiva designen los consejeros presentes. Las sesiones se pueden desarrollar de manera presencial o no presencial, en el último caso, conforme al procedimiento definido en su reglamento interno.
