Decreto 624 de 1939 · Por la cual se reglamenta el artículo 5° de la Ley 66 de 1938

Artículo quinto. Los elementos que se transportan libres de fletes en las empresas del Estado, con destino a las expresadas obras, no podrán destinarse a otras distintas, ni cederse, ni venderse a otras entidades o personas sin la autorización del Ministerio de Obras Públicas, el cual podrá disponer el pago del transporte de los elementos materia del traspaso.

Parágrafo

El Ministro de Obras Publicas podrá imponer multas hasta de cien pesos ($ 100) a los infractores de esta disposición.
