Del procedimiento en caso de irregularidades. Las irregularidades que se presenten en la elección podrán ser puestas en conocimiento del organismo del Sistema inmediatamente superior, por cualquier empleado, dentro de los tres (3) dias siguientes a la votación y el jefe de aquel decidirá definitivamente sobre la validez o nulidad de la elección en un término máximo de quince días.
