El expediente de que habla el Artículo anterior debe contener los autos de observaciones y de fenecimiento proferidos por la Contraloría General de la República, o copia de la sentencia o resolución o de cualquier otro documento, debidamente autenticado, en que consten los motivos en virtud de los cuales el peticionario ha llegado a ser deudor de la Nación, y además se acompañaran las pruebas que acrediten la justicia de la condonación que se solicita.
