Artículo primero. Quienes como representantes de la Nación, los Departamentos o los Municipios, ocupen puestos directivos en sociedades anónimas de las cuales tales entidades sean accionistas, se entiende que actúan en nombre de las respectivas entidades en las Asambleas Generales de Accionistas y que al hacerlo no representan acciones ajenas.
