Art. 6.° Los bultos conteniendo útiles i los demás efectos destinados al servicio del Telégrafo, estarán a cargo del Jefe Inspector de las líneas telegráficas, a quien se hacen estensivas, respecto de tales útiles i efectos, las disposiciones del presente decreto.
