El sorteo que la Lotería de Beneficencia del Departamento del Valle del Cauca efectúe en virtud de la autorización dada por la presente Ley, queda exento de todo impuesto de carácter nacional, departamental o municipal, siendo libre en todo el territorio de la República la venta de los respectivos billetes.
