Artículo Treinta. Suscripción a diarios y publicaciones. En el servicio Internacional con las Administraciones con las que existan o se establezcan acuerdos bilaterales, se recibirán del público las suscripciones a los diarios y publicaciones editados en los países contratantes, cuyos editores hayan solicitado la intervención del Correo en el servicio de suscripciones. La Administración tendrá derecho a rechazar las suscripciones a diarios o publicaciones cuyo transporte o distribución estén prohibidos en el territorio nacional.
