CONCURRENCIA DE COMPETENCIA. El Subdirector General conocerá de las faltas cometidas simultáneamente por personal perteneciente a distintas unidades u organismos de la Policía Nacional.

Parágrafo 1

Cuando de conformidad con el inciso anterior, el superior común fuere el Director General, tendrá la competencia en primera instancia el Subdirector General de la Policía Nacional.

Parágrafo 2

El Ayudante General tendrá atribuciones disciplinarlas sobre el personal de la Dirección General cuyo superior inmediato carezca de ellas.
