°. Sesiones . El Consejo Directivo se reunirá ordinariamente al menos una (1) vez cada mes en la fecha que determine su Presidente. En todo caso, el Consejo Directivo podrá reunirse extraordinariamente por convocatoria de su Presidente o a solicitud del Director General de la UPME o de tres (3) de sus miembros.
