ARTICULO 2.4.9.2.1 .- JUNTA DIRECTIVA. La junta directiva del Banco Cafetero estará integrada por los siguientes miembros: - El Ministro de Agricultura o su delegado quien la presidirá; - Un delegado o su suplente, designado por el Presidente de la República. - Tres miembros con sus suplentes personales, elegidos para períodos de dos (2) años por el comité Nacional de Cafeteros de Colombia.
