ARTICULO 44. CESION DEL CONTRATO DE CONCESION. De conformidad con el

Parágrafo 2

del artículo 4º de la Ley 37 de 1993 el contrato de concesión del servicio de telefonía móvil celular no podrá cederse total ni parcialmente antes de tres (3) años contados a partir de la fecha de suscripción del contrato de concesión del servicio, y en todo caso requerirá autorización previa del Ministerio de Comunicaciones.
