° Desde la fecha de este Decreto el Departamento Jurídico del Ministerio de Educación Nacional se abstendrá igualmente de expedir duplicados de diplomas de cualquier clase, a quienes teniéndolos actualmente en su poder soliciten la expedición del duplicado por hallarse los originales en mal estado por la acción del tiempo o por cualquier otra causa.
