De conformidad con los artículos 68 y 79 del Código Contencioso Administrativo, la Dirección Nacional de Administración Judicial tiene jurisdicción coactiva para hacer efectivos los créditos exigibles a su favor y de la Nación, para lo cual otorgará poder a funcionarios abogados de dicha entidad o podrá contratar apoderados especiales que sean abogados titulados.
