Tan pronto como se lleve a efecto en forma definitiva la operación autorizada por la presente Ley, el Gobierno procederá a reorganizar la Oficina de Ferrocarriles dependiente del Ministerio de Obras Publicas con el personal que sea necesario de acuerdo con las exigencias del servicio, pudiendo fijar las asignaciones correspondientes. En las Juntas que para determinar los asuntos técnicos de las líneas férreas tenga el Ministerio de Obras Públicas, tendrá voz el Jefe del Estado Mayor General.
