Artículo cuarto. Al entrar al país, todo extranjero titular de una visa ordinaria, sujeto al depósito inmigratorio deberá consignar ante las autoridades de inmigración a órdenes de la cuenta bancaria de la Pagaduría del Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad (DAS) , la suma anotada por el Cónsul de Colombia en el respectivo pasaporte.
