LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.2.4.9.1.4. Giro de utilidades. Dentro del primer mes de cada año calendario, el Banco de la República girará la Agencia Nacional de Hidrocarburos las utilidades acumuladas en el año inmediatamente anterior que correspondan a cada una de las entidades participes en el Fondo de Ahorro y Estabilización Petrolera.

La Agencia Nacional de Hidrocarburos girará en moneda nacional, las sumas correspondientes a cada entidad, dentro de los diez (10) días hábiles siguientes a la fecha en que las reciba.
