°. Reunión y quórum. La Comisión Intersectorial de Protección para las Areas del Sistema de Parques Nacionales Naturales, se reunirá trimestralmente, previa convocatoria efectuada por su Secretaria Técnica y extraordinariamente a solicitud de su Presidente o de dos de sus miembros. La Comisión deliberará con la presencia de al menos tres de sus miembros. Las decisiones y recomendaciones se adoptarán por mayoría simple de los miembros.
