Cada propietario puede enajenar su piso o departamento, hipotecarlo, darlo en anticresis y arrendamiento sin necesidad del consentimiento de los propietarios de los demás pisos o departamentos. Dividido el inmueble, en los casos previstos en el artículo 14 de esta Ley, subsistirá la hipoteca o el gravamen.
