°. El interesado puede solicitar dentro del término de diez (10) días a partir de la entrega de la mercancía, un reaforo ante la Aduana de nacionalización. Si el reaforo confirma la actuación del primer aforo, el importador o su Agente de Aduana debe cancelar ante la Caja de la Aduana el valor de la diferencia de gravámenes dentro de los términos establecidos por las disposiciones vigentes.
