Los importadores de cigarros, cigarrillos, picadura y tabaco preparados para mascar o sorber, deberán dar cuenta a la Dirección General de Aduanas sobre las cantidades por ellos introducidas al país durante los últimos seis (6) meses anteriores al presente Decreto, así como los nombre de las personas a quienes han vendido en cantidades comerciales.
