° Esta comprobación se hará con los oficios, originales o en copia, del Tribunal que acrediten los nombramientos, con la constancia de haberse tomado posesión de ellos y con un certificado del Gobernador, Prefecto o Alcalde, en que se diga con toda claridad el tiempo en que se sirvió el respectivo cargo judicial. Además el interesado debe acompañar mi certificado del Tribunal Superior que hizo el nombramiento, acerca de si el nombrado ejerció la judicatura a su entera satisfacción.
