En todos los casos en que, según la convención o la costumbre, la cosa debe ser entregada al desembarque de un buque, el vendedor quedará obligado a efectuar el embarque de dicha cosa en el plazo estipulado o, en su defecto, en el usual en el puerto de embarque o en un plazo prudencial.
