Artículo segundo. El Procurador Delegado de que habla el artículo anterior, tendrá a su cargo, bajo la dirección del Procurador General, las funciones que atribuye la Constitución Nacional a este último en el artículo 143, en relación con la vigilancia de la conducta oficial de los empleados públicos y la señalada en el ordinal 1° del artículo 145 de la misma Constitución.
