ARTICULO 2.1.2.2.22 . PROCEDIMIENTO DE REPOSICION, CANCELACION Y REIVINDICACION. Para efectos de la reposición, cancelación o reivindicación de los bonos de garantía general y específica emitidos por las corporaciones financieras, se aplicará lo dispuesto en los artículos 802 y siguientes del Código de Comercio cuando los títulos se expidan a la orden. En el evento de ser nominativos se adelantará pata los efectos previstos en esta norma el procedimiento establecido en el artículo 402 del Código de Comercio. SECCIÓN TERCERA. DISPOSICIONES FINALES
