Articulo 11. Las acciones serán transferibles por cesión, anotada al dorso del respectivo titulo o certificado, quedando el registro en los libros de la Caja. Cuando por virtud de la cesión de las acciones hayan de variar de clase, el nuevo titulo se expedirá de la clase a que corresponda. CAPITULO III Sección de Crédito.
