DE LA FALLA EN LA PRESTACION DEL SERVICIO. Cuando el servicio deje de prestarse, sin existir suspensión ni corte del mismo, el suscriptor y/o usuario podrán exigir que la empresa realice las revisiones y reparaciones a que haya lugar para lograr el inmediato restablecimiento del servicio.
