° Los trabajos de que se trata se adelantarán de acuerdo con las normas que señalan los reglamentos dictados por el Ministerio de Obras Públicas para clase de obras. El Ingeniero Jefe de construcción, señor Humberto Bruno, inspeccionará los trabajos al cuidado de la Comisión de Ingenieros nombrada por el artículo 2° de este Decreto.
